libauthen-libwrap-perl software package provides module providing access to the TCP Wrappers library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libauthen-libwrap-perl
libauthen-libwrap-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libauthen-libwrap-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libauthen-libwrap-perl *
You will get with libauthen-libwrap-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
